I've made this track but somebody on an other forum told me it sounded dissonant?

I can't hear it? Do you?

Please let me know

Musically it's in key and melodic.....They could be talking about the reverb, but It sounds like you used a bit-crusher or dropped the sample rate on something...you need to roll off some high end on that, because there's this screeching noise....maybe side-chain the heavy reverb to your drums and compress it, push your drums forward...or just use less reverb

Where your melodic line plays in ...use an eq to dip that frequency range on the sample....

I can see why someone would call it dissonant. I don't think it's truly dissonant, more so the music is in a key that carries a dark mood. Dissonant is a sliding scale anyway. The most "harmonious" note relationships are based on the mathematical relationship between the frequency of the tones... Those harmonious relationships also tend to sound "happier" and less tense.

I don't think it's an issue of is it right or wrong, it's a stylistic choice based on the mood you're going for. It happens that the major key is one that carries a happy sounding mood, and so people don't associate those tones as dissonant/clashing. A part of conveying a darker mood is using tonal relationships that are technically more dissonant because it communicates tension.

The beat is dope but the sample needs to be tweaked a little in the volume. As others suggested, mess with the EQs until you find a perfect medium. How the beat sounds it seems to be leaning towards a low to medium EQ freq, and less of the high portion. I would mess with the low to mediums and tone down the reverb a bit.
