than being far away from the crib and not remembering if you turned off the iron/stove? sitting debating back and forth in your mind whether you did it or not, but can't remember for shyt if you did. you think you did at 97% but that 3% of potential stupidity just fukks with you. that shyt happened to me this morning. i had a meeting early and didn't remember until i got all the way downtown, halfway into the meeting. the worse day to try to get anyone to check something at your crib is the day after labor day in brooklyn. everybody is either hungover or back to work and too irritated for your forgetful ass first world problems. i got back to the crib and was like
