Is there any place that sells shredded meat in a bag?

no....and you wouldnt want it anyway. i mean you couldnt trust it, they'd load it with tons of sodium or some shyt.

just get you a slow cooker, some chicken breasts, let the shyt slow cook on low for 6 hours with some low sodium chicken stock, or high for 2-4 hours then shred it with a fork, and freeze what you arent going to eat within 72 hours.

by the time its slow cooked its going to be falling a part.

Trust me, you'll save money by buying it and doing what you want with it. My dumb ass used to buy pre stripped steak to put in salads and shyt....... I just used to piss money away. You can get an entire chicken for 4-5 dollars. I definitely understand if you want the convenience.

You should try cooking big, easy to cook cuts.

2lb flank steak, rub it with chili powder and salt and pepper and grill for 5 min a side.

That's 2 pounds of nice lean meat in under 15 min

Get you a 8 pound brisket and smoke it for 12-14 hours. Take it out ounce temp hits 199. You'll have enough shredded meat to last at least a week.

Found it at walmart in the frozen section yesterday. Pulled chicken breast and it is the tyson brand. It think it was around $6 from what I remember.
