Is there a way to find a cop if you didn’t get their name or badge number at the time?

Lying ass bytch pulled me over a couple years ago and said he smelled marijuana so he could search my car. I didn’t understand why he would say it at the time but now I do. Frustrates me knowing how many other people he’s probably done that same shyt too.pull up 2 the prescient
