I'm a decent height already but I would like to be a few inches taller.

Are there any supplements or methods that help? I have heard certain stretches can help, if so, does anyone know which ones in particular?

Or is it really just down to genetics? I'm 19 btw (if that makes any difference)

I will appreciate any help.

There are no supplements or methods. Once you've reached your peak height, it's over. It's all genetics.

If you're 19, then you might still grow a little bit, but after 21, it's over.
That is ,unless you have a weird disorder where your body can't stop growing. The problem with that is your body outgrows your heart and you die an early death. Your strength can't catch up to your height since you are constantly growing. If you think you are at the perfect height, between 6'6 and 7'2", you don't have the strength to back it up. Then, on top of that, you keep on growing to where you can't really run normal. So, at 8'00" you don't even need to jump to dunk the ball or block. Dude is like in the Guiness Book of World Records.

Do calf raises, but it's gotta be heavy weight. The constant upward motion against a heavy force will train your body both mentally and physically to achieve what you're trying to do. Do this for about a few months and then your mind will be subconsciously telling the body as a whole to grow. Granted this will only get you up to several more inches at the most, but that's cuz you can't really change genetics when their close to their peak...

Stretching the spine is scientifically proven to work. Best way is to do hanging type exercises like full pull-ups or hanging leg raises. Most people leave an inch or two of possible growth because they don't stretch enough and lifting weights early on can help keep the spine compressed without proper post lifting stretching.
