I have a power rack, weights and a barbell. Also a pullup tower with dips bars.

Help me out brehs.

I'm 180 6'2 and skinny as shyt.

I want to be good at both but I don't know if I should do two days weights, three days Cali or what.

I also like to do pushups :blessed:

pretty much what crossfit is. you can google various sites or instas of HQ or affiliates. they usually post updated "wods" (workouts of the day) daily. sometimes called "metcons" (metabolic conditioning). they typically involve some combination of calisthenics, weights and cardio for specific intervals or periods of time.
