I can't disagree with that.. but you could also say, Austin was more over, anything he did was over. The Torture Rack was always over regardless of what Luger was as a heel or face, or how popular he ever was. The crowd popped for it straight up on its own.

Nah man, shyt was live. You got Lex squashing jobbers like Roadblock and the crowd is going crazy for the Torture Rack like hes about to win the world title or something. Not many if any finishers can compare to that.
Sharp Shooter is a good one... razors edge and tombstone nah. Crowd was always lit for the Sharp shooter though.
