Recipes won't really get you where you need to be. You need to become comfortable with the things you are cooking. Like anything in life repetition leads to mastery :ooh:

Start cooking that tomato sauce every monday night. In a year you'll be able to produce something you can be very proud of.

That being said, this will get you started:

1 big onion
6 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 can of san marzano (or any kind doesn't really matter) tomatoes
salt and pepper
2 or so dried chilis

Bok Choy fukking sucks

i really hate recipes and chefs asking me to pair my favorite fish with it. I plan on cooking some black cod tonight...nothing but miso glazed bok choy with rice suggested...who likes that shyt??
