Or at least having a better chance to get noticed.

So I read this article yesterday about their under 17 US team.

Two-time NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer's twin sons -- Cayden and Cameron -- are finalists. Tajh Ariza, the son of NBA champion Trevor Ariza, and Alijah Arenas, son of three-time NBA All-Star Gilbert Arenas, are also on the roster.

Bryce James, LeBron James' youngest son, and Kiyan Anthony, Carmelo Anthony's son, were on the training camp roster.

It seems folks with relatives have an easier path to get noticed. That may be obvious but it wasn't like this in the past. Your talent is what got you in the league. Now You need some type of pathway which requires money.

Lillard's cousin Keljin Blevins got a contract when he'd wouldn't be anywhere in the league without him.

Are there guys who would have otherwise gotten a look who aren't because they're not at some AAU camp.
