Is there a Baseball player who has the "it" factor more than Andrew McCutchen?

Willing to do whatever the coach needs him to do- Check

There isn't a Baseball player I feel has the all around package of tools, skills, and intangibles more than McCutchen. He gets more out of his team than any player in Baseball. The most valuable player to a team in Baseball.

Look at his numbers at the same age compared to Barry "Legend" Bonds on the Pirates:

Andrew McCutchen And Barry Bonds | FanGraphs Fantasy Baseball

While Heyward and the Upton's are my favorite players and Trout had one of the best seasons in Baseball history as a 20 year old, McCutchen brings more to his team than any player in Baseball.

If McCutchen leads the Pirates to the playoffs, he's an MVP lock

Even though the fans seem to know it, these Baseball sabermetric fools want to prince Trout as this great catch when he showed little to no intangibles. Talent wise, the kid is the next Mickey Mantle or even Willie Mays :leon: but if you watch McCutchen and see how he leads on top of his elite ability, he's clearly the MVP of Baseball right now.

his stupid ass team let their closer go for nothing but a comp pick, i swear they are the worst organization in sports.

great player, fun to watch. hopefully they build around him correctly instead of all these retreads/scrubs they surround him with

Thats my centerfielder :to:

i said two seasons ago he was very barry bond-esque while he was on the pirates. and many of the oldheads in my section were like :ehh:

pirates need to take a risk and surround him with some players.

this next season with him and sterling marte in the outfield :blessed: i cant wait brehs this is gonna be the season we make the playoffs!
