I ate pizza for the first time in months today. I don't even fukk with anything with flour anymore. Today was also the first time I've been unmotivated to work out. Forcing myself now that the gym is gonna close in two hours but damn.
Its not good to have a shyt ton of carbs before working out. Just realized this last week. I had a Bojangles chicken biscuit instead of my regular high carb meal.... I felt great energy in the gym was robust
