Trust me once you move into a bigger screen you won't be able to go back to nothin smaller. If you on T-Mobile you should consider the Note II, S3 or the Nexus 4 that drops next week. If you go into the official Goog Set thread and read RBK's RSS feed you'll get the lowdown

Don't expect it before Mobile World Congress. I doubt it'll even be shown then since Samsung probably wants to launch it everywhere around the same time like they did With the Galaxy S3. I would say late spring / early Summer is your best bet( they need time to get those new chips ready). Here's a rumor for you though: Samsung Galaxy S IV to use a Exynos 5450 processor | SamMobile , Don't know about that screen size and take this with a grain of salt since it's still early.
