Is the dad gene more dominant?

black dad and white mom look more black

White dad and asian mom kids look more white

white mom and asian dad daughter looks more asian

I always hear a lot of people say it is..from what i see in real life it seems to be true a lot of the time. of course it varies. What do you guys think?
