I mean, the way I process this is...

Our solar system is in a sliver speck of the Milky Way Galaxy...meaning we cant even process the idea of traveling what is within our galaxy. There are 4,700 solar systems in our galaxy alone. 4,700.

4,700. We're just one. And thats just in the Milky Way.

The Milky way is one of trillions of galaxies that also probably have about the same number of solar systems with it's own planets revolving around a sun...

So...to me...its not that far fetched that there exists life that has been around far longer than us, that knows how to get here if it chose to.

Not really and see @Paradoxical Tiger post. Even prior to that, you had Area 51 and other groups decades before the internet. What's different now is this is the first time "ever" the government gave any acknowledgement to aliens. I'm only surprised more people are not talking.

Edit. Thinking out loud. Another issue prior to the internet was several stories of sightings and alien adductions as well. People kept the stories alive more than the media.

Personally I think aliens are out there. As far as the drones, part of me think its going to be a massive promotional event. Maybe a service using drones.

If there are aliens I theorize they're actually native to earth and are in some region that we just can't access.

I don't think they're in space cause I also theorize if they were they would be in our galaxy.


That, or we clearly have other species of humans that still exist and they want us to imagine my extreme looking life forms to help cover up
