I never hated Ronda but I wasn't a massive fan either. Her first run kinda showed there was potential there and she could have grown into a well rounded wrestler if she wanted to be...sadly she didn't. Her second run was purely forgettable and a waste of time and talent.

edit: The backstage brawl Ronda was in with Charlotte and Becky still makes me laugh when she randomly gets kneed in the face

He's honestly the only name I can think of. They're weren't even any contrarian trolls who pretended to like him. Didn't even have fans while in NXT either.

She was entertaining in her first run. Didn't feel like she was taking time away from other women, she had an interesting presence, and she actually cared about what she was doing. Obviously, it should have been her and Becky one-on-one at WrestleMania, but I still think her not facing Asuka at Evolution was a missed opportunity. Undefeated vs. undefeated, champion vs. champion. It could have been a match of the year candidate.

I wasn't watching during her second run, but from all accounts, including Ronda herself, it was a failure. She was nowhere near as hot as she was in 2018, she was way more frustrated with management, she seemed like she didn't even want to be there. In three years, she regressed in every area. That segment between her and Becky after the Rumble was the complete opposite of what it was in 2019. I don't think she had a single memorable moment come out of that second run.

Her problem was that she couldn't adapt to what WWE was, despite wanting to be there all the time. She could have had a part-time schedule like Brock or Logan, and given herself time to prepare for matches, but her being full-time is probably what made fans turn on her. She expected the same kind of preparation and planning for all of her matches, not understanding that the mixed tag at WrestleMania needed that kind of preparation because it was her very first match. And it doesn't seem like most of the women liked working with her. I know Becky doesn't fukk with her, even if she won't say it outright.
