If you told me in 2006 that someone would make Resident Evil 2 again, but do it in the style of resident evil 4 and it would look amazing I'd have reacted with skepticism cause that shyt would've sounded too good to be true.

3 remake is to 2 remake, as 3 OG is to 2 OG: Shorter, and not quite as good

Yea at least put the stick controls they got on the RE1 remaster (although I just replayed that this wkend and the tank controls didn’t age quite as badly as I thought from fukkin around with em from time to time, or my muscle memory was just solid).

The real problem I know about is them nikkas make you fight a Tyrant on a plane head up, and if you don’t have enough resources to survive long enough, you better hope you got a good save from earlier, but fr tho. No checkpoints, you hitting New Game my worst fear from 90s games. That early 3D era was fukkin some of those devs UP.
