Is rape and incest the only shocking reveals/moments writers can come up with?

So I've been watching a bunch of movies lately and I chose to watch movies that had a twist or some shocking reveal or something to that effect and it runs out that almost all these movies have rape and/or incest

Is the only shocking thing writers can come up with? Sometimes it just seams so contrived and forced to have this as a shocking moment in a movie.

I can't think of more of the top but usually when the story is about someone looking into the family's dark secret a sure bet it's rape and/or incest

I have not seen the movies you gave an example. That could be the case.

A good twist is where you don't expect it but it still makes sense after the reveal. They can keep on using rape and incest as long as it makes sense to the story and I don't see it coming. No complaints from me.
