I got signed out my account that I been signed into for years. I kept trying to log in and no luck. Had them send an email to reset my password and didn’t get it. Then I requested several more and they didn’t come thru.

Saw I got an email 2 days ago saying:

“This email confirms that the sign-in ID (e-mail address) for your account has been changed.”

So I’m not able to reset my password on my PS5 nor the website itself :mjtf:

Any of y’all ever went thru this? :dwillhuh:

You had 2 factor authentication on the account? I put a passkey on mine that requires biometrics from my phones.

I kept trying earlier this morning now they say it’s blocked :dwillhuh:

What hoops? And did you get your account back and was you able to just continue your games from where you left off? :jbhmm:

I was bout to take my bank cards from my account earlier but didn’t wanna jump the gun. Should I? :jbhmm:

@winb83 nah I didn’t. This the first time I ever had this problem.

I was able to get thru chat again but they said it’s too busy to connect with somebody.
