Is my Sony account gone?

I got signed out my account that I been signed into for years. I kept trying to log in and no luck. Had them send an email to reset my password and didn’t get it. Then I requested several more and they didn’t come thru.

Saw I got an email 2 days ago saying:

“This email confirms that the sign-in ID (e-mail address) for your account has been changed.”

So I’m not able to reset my password on my PS5 nor the website itself

Any of y’all ever went thru this?

You had 2 factor authentication on the account? I put a passkey on mine that requires biometrics from my phones.

I kept trying earlier this morning now they say it’s blocked

What hoops? And did you get your account back and was you able to just continue your games from where you left off?

I was bout to take my bank cards from my account earlier but didn’t wanna jump the gun. Should I?

@winb83 nah I didn’t. This the first time I ever had this problem.

I was able to get thru chat again but they said it’s too busy to connect with somebody.
