I really like this thread... there's so many animated villans out there that can be on the list...Mumm-Ra from the new thundercats reboot was a fukking literal demon... smashed pum-myra literally and made her be a double agent betraying the team. blew up an entire star just to forge a super sword, enslaved the entire animal race of the old third earth until they rebelled. dude was on some next level shyt.
