Looking at his latest mixtape numbers on Datpiff, and it pretty much DOUBLED what 'Rich Forever' did on there, and it hasnt been out nearly as long. Although I think Rich Forever was initially released on LiveMixtapes....so maybe that makes a difference. I dont know if Dreamchasers 2 was on there or not.

yo, i don't listen to him much so pardon me if i'm incorrect, but why does every single meek mills verse i've heard on the radio sound exactly the same? haha. same exact cadence, flow, delivery, all that. that sh!t is hilarious man.

Is this a serious question? You're judging their popularity based off Datpiff mixtape numbers? :heh:

Meek Mill doesn't even have an album yet bruh, just stop.

So Drake wasn't more popular than 90% of rappers with major debuts when So Far Gone was out for free? :youngsabo:

Anyway, yeah like some said, his flow needs to vary. But hey, in this day and age, you can get away with it.

Hell no,

I do think Meek needs to strike while the iron is hot.

Dude is exetemely limited as a rapper.

He has to struggle coming up with 16s

We'll have to see what he does when his album drops to make that judgement. Meek could be just the hot rapper of the moment. Ross may not move big numbers but he always debuts at number 1 or 2. When Meek does that then this can be a legit question.

Those datpiff numbers were clearly false. I don't know how or why, but it doesn't seem even remotely plausible to me.

Meek Mill doesn't anywhere near the buzz Drake had coming into the game bruh

And he's nowhere near as appealing as Drake who was able to make a smooth transition into the mainstream because of his versatility. Meek Mill has 1 flow and not NEARLY as many bangers as Drake had coming out

Poor comparison

Rich Forever is a ceritified classic. Dreamchasers 2 was :ehh:.

Even now after time people are giving GFID more praise.

People know Meek is way too one dimensional

Your argument against was that it was based on DatPiff numbers and b/c he didnt have a real album out yet. All I did was use Drake as an example.
