They already tried to replace him with a white guy - Hannibal King- but that didn't work lol. Is MARVEL trying to replace Blade again ?

REPORT: Blade May Introduce the Daywalker’s Daughter

A casting call for the upcoming Blade reboot starring Mahershala Ali may tease the arrival of the Daywalker's daughter, Fallon Grey.
While the idea of a daughter for Blade has been popular among comic fans for years, Fallon Grey has never actually appeared on the page. In 2015, it was announced that Tim Seeley would write a new Blade book with art by Logan Faerber. The book would have seen the introduction of Fallon, Blade's daughter, who would take over his gig. Art was released teasing the character, but Seeley ultimately quit the project, feeling a Black woman writer would be better suited to the series.

The formula for pretty much all the new wave of Marvel projects from this Phase seems to be introducing younger versions of the heroes.

There's the twins in Wandavision
Kate Bishop in Hawkeye
Patriot is rumoured to be in Falcon and Winter Soldier
Cassie in Antman 3
America Chavez in Doctor Strange 2
rumoured Kid Loki in Loki
I'm guessing Riri Williams in Armor Wars

A young Blade wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility

Comics tend to do this too. They do an initial run/series with all the characters you know and love. Then in an effort to replicate the success without seeming stale they replace all the characters with new/alternate versions. These characters are never as popular as the originals so eventually the series readership starts to drop until they finally cancel it and reboot. Starting a new series with all the classic characters again.

The infinity stone arc is probably gonna turn out to be peak MCU. We're going through the fall off phase which will eventually lead to a reboot.

This sounds like it would've been terrible:

"My take on Fallon is that she’s an 'anti-Peter Parker,'" Seeley told CBR when the series was announced. "She’s popular, well liked, and everyone around her thinks she has the future by the balls. But those kind of expectations come with their own stresses, and part of Fallon’s story will be dealing with what people expect her to be."

"Initially, their relationship [between Blade and Fallon] is all about what they share — a stubborn refusal to change or see new viewpoints," Seeley said at the time. "They’ll be completely and totally antagonistic, and the fun will be in seeing whether a guy like Blade can become a father, and whether a girl like Fallon can become a student and a daughter."
