He can't pay if he's dead and ya family gonna be pissed off. Send some nikkas to his moms crib looking for him and say he owe them money and if he don't pay they gonna kill him. If he's any type of man he gonna pay. Now if he a sucker he gonna run to his momma and say it's you. In which case you deny it and if he don't pay, you know what the deal is.
you shoot him, and then what? You're still not getting your money back, and now you're looking at a lengthy bid. Whats the end game here?

Then you'd be in prison and still without your $10,000. That's hustling backwards because you gonna lose alot more than 10,000 while sitting in prison. The lost income could reach the 100's of thousands.
