I’ve been here for 3 years. I think it’s time to do it. Thoughts 🤔

I’m also going to get the house power/soft washed this summer.

My builder had a sticker in the garage encouraging sealing the driveway. does it snow where you are? I was advised if I plan on salting my driveway then I definitely needed to seal it. On the flip side two of my neighbors did seal their driveways and one of their driveways still looks like shyt.

you just reminded me I need my house pressure washed. I have white siding :mjcry:

Post 3 pictures of what the driveway looks like now. Asking such a question with no visuals doesn't help to answer your question.
I’ll upload more tmrw. It’s dark out now. This is taken from my ring camera just now.

Some dude is going around offering the service and I spoke to some neighbors and they had theirs done recently.

Ignore the 990s. That was me about to go jogging earlier :lolbron:

I do mine every 2 years. It works well... temporarily (couple years on average). Usually less than $300, depending on size of driveway.
Mine shouldn’t close much. It’s just a two car driveway.

Quote I got was $150. Someone told me they’d do it for $125.

Yep. Snow but not as much as usual these past three years. Damn white siding 😭😭😭

We got a different color because I was told white siding might need to be power washed every three years lol but it’s probably worth it because your house will look brand new.

Whats the purpose of it?

From Google: The most frequent cause of cracks in your asphalt driveway is water that has seeped below the surface and expanded or contracted with freezing and thawing temperatures. After patching and filling any cracks or dips in your asphalt driveway, you may also wish to seal your driveway to prevent any further water seepage.
