It would depend on what you are looking to eat and where you are staying. If you are staying in Annapolis and want to get something to eat, I would take the trip to DC instead of Baltimore. Pretty much the same distance.

Southern Maryland/DC is a much better option when it comes to food. Most of the places you'll end up getting food from are around the harbor in Baltimore and they're kind of mediocre. Plus, Baltimore is boring as fukk.
