is it true that HBCUs have been c00ning ?

they seem to had bad experiences at Howard, PVAMU, etc. i heard alot of stuff that HBCUs are c00ning, bruhs would tell me they would basically switch up whenever they had a white visitor.

i also heard a rumor about Howard that had me like , Howard in the past would have a brown paper bag test, where you had to light-skinned to be admitted in. i don't know if it's true but this shyt is crazy.


what do you bruhs think ? do any of you got stories about this ?

I've got a friend that couldn't get an academic scholarship from Wilberforce or Central in any form but Ohio State have him a full ride.


And he's black.
