Def Jam icon was :ehh: but I feel like EA could've done better. I would be in favor of a new entry either as a downloadable game or a disc release. It might be best to have a cheap downloadable game first to sort of test the waters to see if people are ready for a new Def Jam game and if its successful a full disc release with more content can be done.

the first two were dope as fukk

icon was pure, uncut trash... they went with the fight night team EA Chicago and completely scrapped the old engine that played like the THQ/AKI wrestling games that we all loved and gave it a system like Fight Night (which EA Chicago worked on)...

end result was a shytty game that i didn't even give a chance past the demo, and EA Chicago getting shut down.

i would love if they brought it back (with a good fighting engine) but you'd have a bunch of pussies like Drake and Kid Cudi actually throwing fists. i don't know if my imagination is vivid enough to go along with that.

Nah can't see it happening nowadays with how soft everything has gotten.

I'm tired of games always trying to innovate, I love innovation but whatever happened to just being fun without it being ripped to shreds because it didn't please the condescending and pretentious crowd?
