the bulk of that money is set to starting coming this season... his base salary was 1 M this year, it jumps to 9 M's in 2013...with a cap hit of nearly 15 M's

why commit that much money to a QB, when you can spend it elsewhere?The D is one of the better ones in the league, Beanie is gone too.. might as well cut him before you're stuck with him.
