I owe a bunch of money to the government, so I gotta work at least 40 hours a week. I strive to keep getting better, but I dont have 8 hours a day to work on music :francis:

Absolutely bro, most people have multiple jobs when it comes to music, especially if they are trying to break into the industry. People just won't tell you that.

As long as you make the most of the time you do have, then you can gradually get better, and the time will accumulate to greatness, as long as you have the aptitude for it; and you do, so you can definitely become great.

I have no aptitude to become great at basketball, or any other sports, no matter how much I practice it just isn't my thing. I have no ability in that area.

You have the ability musically so keep pushing, and greatness will follow suit.

Consistency is most important. Practicing say an 1 hour a day everyday is more effective than 8 hours here and there. Just do what you can to carve out a little bit of time

Impossible? No.

Since time is limited are you willing to be :old: by the time you feel you're great? That's really the question.
Im still inspired. I gotta work 50 hours a week now, but I just need 2 days off and I absolutely wreck these beats. The key, for me, is having large blocks of time

I cant do anything in 2 hours. I need 12 hours to just run through samples and keep attacking until I make something great

Perfect post.

Apply this to everything in life. Exercising, reading, studying, learning something new (language, math, science).

Perfect post. Dap + rep
