Layne Norton's PHAT routine has you hitting chest, shoulders, and arms on the same day. Nothing wrong with it since you use your shoulders/triceps quite a bit when doing chest exercises anyway.

ok I'm gonna try this for the summer and see how it goes. It sounds intense, and I gotta push myself more in the gym.

gvt will most def humble you breh but it will push you to the brink.
