Is it my responsibility to intrude/call the police if I hear my neighbors arguing and fighting?

My next-door neighbors (an interracial lesbian couple) occasionally be having argumentive fights that sometimes carry out into the street.

Last week the white chick was crying on the porch with her personal belongings thrown to the curb, talking to her fam about being smacked in the face over a phone that was missing, long story short police came and she left but she always comes back.

Every a couple of weeks they are having some drama like this happening, they moved next door about a year ago. My sis said I should just stay out of it but IDK if I should one day intrude on em.

What would you do?

White girl has a 5yr old living with them tho, a couple of months ago 4 in the morning, the police came because her kid was crying and bleeding and the white girl accused the black girl of doing something to her, but once the police came she wouldn't open the door and they had to bust it down with a battering ram, smh.

Nah them fighting doesn't bother me but there's a kid living there with them...which is why I once thought about stepping in.

They saw me before tho, well at least the black girl has. I was just thinking about the child being safe.

Are you trying to go to jail? If I were you I wouldn't even acknowledge them when I leave the house. If you feel bad for the kid call CPS or something see if they got some anonymous hotline or something
