or is being in the gym itself a huge motivator? I cut the gym membership to save expenses and figured I'd change up my workout to all dumbbells so I can do it at home. Which wouldn't be a problem except now I'm too lazy and distracted to actually get the workout in. :shaq2:

having other people around can be a huge motivator to hit your reps and the what not, i lift in an apartment gym and regularly bust out more when other folks are around

I noticed this too. Being around other people working out is good, you tend to pick up on different workouts to try just watching other peoples sets.

Have to agree. Sometimes I get off work and just want to skip working out but once I make it to the gym it's like I suddenly need to lift.

Yup.

Once you in the gym, no matter how tired or unmotivated you are, you gotta lift some weights cuz you already came all the way. If you were at home and don't feel like it, you can just go :manny: and walk to the laptop or whatever.

One of the reasons why I can't semtex my workouts, no idea how he does it lol.

Just the opposite for me, the gym is a motivator, but I workout out better when it is empty or only a few heads

or broads :shaq:
