Is it just me or is the young xmen cast alot better than the older one?

aside from wolverine who is played well by hugh jackmon. The new xavier and magneto are played leagues better than their counterparts I guess you can give some of that to what they to work with, but its undeniable. And when I think back to the rest of the older cast they all came off as either campy or dull when I think back. I think they could use a recast especially since I hear for the apocolypse movie they're bringing back the young xavier and magneto.











Now that I think about I think in the end I was just so impressed by xavier and magneto I dont want to go back. Save for mystique as well

Ian McKellen is horrible as Magneto. He's a legendary actor and all that, but his facials expressions as Magneto are hilarious.

Fassbender as Magneto is what you call perfect casting. He's truly Magneto. The same with Patrick Stewart as Xavier and Kelsey Grammar as Beast. McKellen was still good as an old Magneto.

I can agree with you except for Dr. X and Magneto. Patrick Stewart & Sir Ian McKellen gave their roles nothing but the best.

They're all great but the younger cast brought a different tone to the films. But mccavoy and Fassabender kind of resurrected the franchise.

Is just me or are you late to the party??!! The new X-Men cast being better than the old X-Men cast has been the popular opinion since "X-Men: First Class" came out 3+ years ago.
