Is it just me or do the squirrels on a college campus seem extra bold?

So I'm sitting on the bench on my tablet reading the-coli.com when this squirrel pops up out of nowhere and starts staring at me.

I'm like fukk outta here squirrel and tried to shoo him away.
Squirrel: :ohword: *inches closer*
Me: *looks around* why is this squirrel just staring at me

So I got up and left and the squirrel took my seat. Does that make me a coward? :hmmm:

Also, it's really disconcerting when an animal don't defer to humans like they should. I expect lions and bears not to give a fukk about me, but when animals like racc00ns and lizards and cats don't instantly back down to me

You ought to see the squirrels by the Shake Shack in Madison Square Park running around all on and under the seats. Really bold. I even saw a Japanese-looking breh sitting on a bench pull out his iphone to record a squirrel that was climbing on his bookbag and was damn near about to kiss him on the lips. It was like the breh was genuinely thrilled to have a squirrel climb up on him, probably all because it was a squirrel from New York.

So I threw one of my fries on the ground in their direction.
The squirrel ran towards it, picked it up, and ran to the base of a tree to finish his meal.

I think I may have saved that man's life.

Having been on the UH campus several times I know of what you speak. You have to figure that those rodents have been living there for generations learning and studying the curious CACs and realizing there is nothing to fear. They feed them.

What city has the hardest squirrels? From personal experience I say toronto squirrels, but I imagine NY squirrels are probably on some other shyt.
