So, if you do that with your arms, you can achieve arm strength endurance... which is okay if you are going to do something like rowing. If you want to gain muscle mass, you will want to give your arm muscles a break to recover and grow.
Depends. If you split up your days where one day, you work bicep, another day, you work tricep, and another day, you work forearms. You can do it like that. Or you can work bicep, tricep, and forearms all on the same day. And then, take a day break. The next day you can work all three arm muscle groups again but change up the number of reps, sets completed, and weight used.so 3x times a week?
