Sting was pretty fukking strong in his prime...dude was lifting those big motherfukkers over his head for a minute. Lesnar was doing some wild shyt when it came to strength in pro wrestling...the stuff he did looked more impressive than what Mark Henry has shown on the wrestling side of things. He was basically treating the Big Show like a rag doll in 2002 and 2003.

I remember as a kid seeing Sting bodyslam John Tena or someone ridiculously big without any troubles. Sting's strength in his prime is mad underrated.

Mark Henry is as far as powerlifting, but as far as explosive/in-ring strength it's probably Brock and Goldberg 2nd. Like R=G said, what Brock was doing on the actual wrestling side his first run looked more impressive than Mark.
