Is Forza Horizon Any Good?

Brehs, how is this game? Looking to pick up a decent racer. Not into heavy sim, but something fun. How is the multiplayer? The reviews seems to be decent and it actually gets nods for being one of the better games of 2012. Thoughts?

Being that I'm a tech guy and I mostly game on PC and am used to 1080p, 60fps and all that shyt, Forza Horizon is impressive as hell. It's not a tough game unless you put in on harder difficulties. Has the best picture quality of any game I've seen on console. Runs at a rock solid 30fps with 4XAA and the controller response times are insane. Has an awesome vibe to it as well. Can't go wrong with this. This is piff.

As someone that has played the every Forza title yet, Horizon is your fit for fun. Multiplayer is ok. They have a mode called underground where there are three modes, cat & mouse, infected, and king.

As far as car selection, IMO it's weak. Too much emphasis on super cars.

It's a great game. Reminds me of the original NFS Underground game, but executed a little bit better and with better graphics cars. Def check it out.

The new NFS Most Wanted is a beast too. Running from the cops never gets old

I think the game sell for like $30 on ebay.

I was able to pick mine for 15 straight from MS.

i mean Need for speed set the bar for racing as far as i'm concerned..

I like it a lot, it's not a "Forza" game but if you up the difficulty to hard and turn off all the arcade assists it's pretty close.

It's probably the best pick up and play game I've played in a long time. They do try to jew you in the game like EA does, they have micro dlc/transactions for everything which sucks.

I got it for $30 and it's worth it, $15 is a steal.
