Is Eric Bischoff completely stuck in the 90's?

Watching Sting run in and take out the nWo, I mean Aces and Eights with a bat to close a show centered around Hulk Hogan...in 2013

Bischoff's fingerprints are all over this Aces and Eights thing...I get that its modeled on Sons of Anarchy but this combined with the 'Immortal' stable tells me that he is stuck in the late 90's.

It's like he was a genius and visionary up until Starrcade '97, and by mid-98 had a complete mental breakdown or something. Are there no new ideas left????????

That nikka Sting just casually WALKED into that cage and beat 50 Aces and Eights members by himself like it was Walker Texas Ranger... that type of fukkery is definitely 90's edition.
