Is destiny 2 worth playing at this point?

I play it casually. I know I shyt on live services but since I quit gw2 I been fiending for a replacement and I decided to give D2 another shot. I play on pc and the community is healthy so im sure there's lots of ppl on ps4.

It’s free to play and they’re doing “seasons” like fortnite now where there is minor changes to the content, but the narrative/story is progressed in 3 month blocks as opposed to big $30 DLC. It’s still my main game. There was never a lot of people here that play on PC so I just tweet about it and lurk the reddit.

Still playing on PC. Came back when Shadowkeep dropped after leaving around Curse of Osiris. Picked up Forsaken couple of weeks later and have been grinding the season passes and quests non-stop. Might fall back a little bit when MHW: Iceborne drops for PC though.

Play through the free story chapters/missions on each planet at least. its a fun game but too grindy at the end with weekly lockouts
