Is Brad Pitt under appreciated as an actor?

Don’t forget 12 monkeys, Allied and Meet Joe Black. He is a brilliant actor and I think he should have received an accolade for Fight club. He absolutely killed it in that movie even better than Ed Norton.

I don't think he's under appreciated, He was labeled a "pretty boy" but he's really chosen some great roles that aren't necessarily looks reliant.

Dude has maybe picked 2-3 meaty roles in the last 20 years to showcase his skills, so that might be a factor.

Maybe i jusr dont see it but i dont get the "pretty boy" thing in relation to him. Hes good looking but there were tons of his peers who were and are way "prettier"

nikka what are you talking about? Inglorious b*stards, Allied, Fury, Moneyball, The big short and 12 years a Slave. He has been heavily focused on his production company in the last few years as opposed to acting but he has had some good movies.
