Is ANY Contact I Make With The Ball In Basketball A Foul?

You want to make space without getting called for a charging foul.
Well, you can time it so the defender has to move with you, then it could look like a defensive foul. If he's got both feet planted, that's your time to go around him. If he moves, then he longer can draw the charging foul. If you have both feet planted and are under the rim, one move is to squat low and bend your hip back while squatting down. This pushes his body away without making contact with his torso. This give you a brief time and space opening to do what you want to do.
this is what im confused about. if i don't make contact with his torso it's legal then?
can i move backwards with my feet 'bumping' into tthem ?

that's why i'm asking this, beczu i haven't played in a while and someone was getting mad at me saynig 'it's just a game' or something like that.
the thing is, i have no other moves, i have a decent outside shot, but i'm too slow to get around people, only way i can make space is by bumping into them with my hips like i explaliend i think i got the move from big momma's house or something. is it legal? usually the person will move back on their own

Defenders are allowed to move sideways and backwards to stay in front of you. Any contact (other than fouling with their hands/arms or tripping) is not a foul.
If the offensive player is "displacing" the defender, it's an offensive foul. There is an imprecise line separating the defense "giving ground" and the offense "displacing" them though.
Odds are, if multiple people have a problem with how you're playing, you should knock it off.
