somebody made a thread about the smiley face killer some time ago

these guys haven't stopped and haven't been caught,

there were 2 detectives who said they had obtained confessions with leads, but official investigations won't accept, wonder why

I dont think they killed any blk youth(we got enough killers), but who's to say how long that will be?

So that area produces plenty of serial killers of men.
