Is 30 Rock ones of those shows that have to seen from the 1st season to appreciate?

I've never seen an entire episode of this show. I know it's comedy but is it one of those you have to watch from first season in order to really appreciate it?

You either get it or you don't. There's not really a solid story line that they follow to get things accomplished.

not really not to many of the storylines last more then a few episodes i like it but its not because of its season long story telling I enjoy the episodic content
