Is 30-50 carbs a day for the rest of the month ok?

im literally the closest ive ever been to being legit ripped. im a solid 4 weeks of strict diet and i will have a killer 6 pack. in the right light i can already see it and can already see the top abs really without flexing.

the last 2 days ive basically at like 40 carbs or less each day with a ton of protein and like 1800-2100 calories. thats as low as i can get with the carbs with what i eat and i feel thats really low....ive been eating like 50-150 for the last couple months

if i only eat less than 50 carbs a day will i see that final push i need? im thinking every saturday night having a major carb re up with like pizza and shyt like that or should i not even carb up

please help me im just a poor boy

no less than 50, you might want to include weekly refeeds or maybe biweekly refeeds :manny:

cutting sucks....it will be worth it though

ill probably just hover around 50 all week and Saturday have like 400ish

wtf are you eating that you're getting that many calories with so few carbs?

Yesterday for example:

Breakfast: Angus steak egg and cheese on a flat bread(only use one piece of flat bread and fold it half) around 15 carbs/300 cals and no carbs if i skip the bread all together
Lunch: cobb salad 15 carbs/550 cals
Protein and peanut butter like 10 carbs/400 cals
Dinner: 4 chicken breast with onions,cheese,mushrooms and veggies probably like 10ish carbs/around 1000 cals i think

Thats just a average day i guess when eating like this i had like 50 carbs yesterday. Today i will eat the same except for dinner it will be 1 lb ground beef with seasoning and veggies at like 10 carbs/900 cals

Cheese + veggies have a decent amount of carbs too

You are def getting more than 50g/day

My last cut, I whittled down to about 50g/day legitimately... half a chicken for lunch, protein shake for a snack, piece of salmon or chicken for dinner, and that was just on my rest days. shyt was hell. If you were really getting that low you would know bray.

How is that 550 cals?. You eating 240-300g of it?
