im literally the closest ive ever been to being legit ripped. im a solid 4 weeks of strict diet and i will have a killer 6 pack. in the right light i can already see it and can already see the top abs really without flexing.
the last 2 days ive basically at like 40 carbs or less each day with a ton of protein and like 1800-2100 calories. thats as low as i can get with the carbs with what i eat and i feel thats really low....ive been eating like 50-150 for the last couple months
if i only eat less than 50 carbs a day will i see that final push i need? im thinking every saturday night having a major carb re up with like pizza and shyt like that or should i not even carb up
please help me im just a poor boy
