1. I don't see why anybody would negotiate with Trump. He tore up the last deal, he tore up the deal HE negotiated with Mexico and Canada, and he has a history of being less than honest.

2. Reading between the lines, this sounds like USMCA 2.0. They are going to slightly modify the original deal negotiated by Obama so Trump can brag about the amazing deal.

Trump gets to brag about a brilliant deal, and Iran gets to go back to a deal they already signed. Nobody really loses and Trump gets his big win and adoration from Fox.
