IQ tests for people who want to drive also. Hell why stop there? Give discounts for the more education you have...why not? I mean everything else in this fukking country is a long list of dikk measuring so why not make education a vital factor in damn near everything we do?
The more of a dumbfukk you are, the higher your insurance should be regardless of your driving record. Only way to start getting it down is if you get a bachelors degree and up...make that college degree worth a little more
