3G speeds are super SUPER slow, but ATT was so garbo my way I went with them when I got the 4s.
go with T-Mobile and buy a high end android.
Best combo - Unlimited fast data and the best phones out there (S3/Note 2).
You will pay a little extra for the phone initially, but its well worth it. Don't be limited in 2012 breh...its unacceptable.

I have it.. No probs and unlimited data my AT&T friends r always worrying about data and are always trying to pick up wifi to prevent charges. I had AT&T for 3 days and then cancelled because of service but I see mixed reviews about service so it just maybe area or coverage that varies. Sprint gives you like 30 days I think to return if not satisfied so try it.
I would go with T-Mobile and I'm with Sprint.
The data speeds are just too bad to recommend right now. Who knows when they'll complete the new network. The LTE is fine when you can connect, but it's far and between for me... and I'm in an area where they have lit up some of those towers.

i was with ATT and left cuz my contract ended. I was paying $130 a month with ATT for 1 phone. Whats your bill like on sprint?
I might be wrong but didnt Verizon buy Tmobile? All my peeps say that sprint service is good
If it wasn't for the 50 I pay a month for pretty much unlimited everything I'd have tossed these fakkits in the bushes a long time ago. 3G speeds 56k status and LTE is Waldo.

I pay 70 something after taxes.. Check with your employer they usually give a 21 percent discount to partners..
