I’m actually somewhat looking forward to Mox-Cope. A street fight is what the first one should have been.

But having a cage match, a falls count anywhere, and a street fight would have been overkill for gimmick/plunder/blood bath matches on a PPV.

Alas, I still question the wisdom of doing a rematch less than two weeks later even though I think the match could be good since AEW rarely disappoints in plunder matches. I would have creatively preferred that they just move on.

Both AEW & WWE need to do better with booking their top guys against one another though.

I feel you on that. I was referring to the split collision since it's an hour each night. So need two good matches to lead off. But he likely won't be on collision if he wrestles earlier.

Gonna be interesting to see tho with who they have available for both nights with all the blizzard talk.

Shid I honestly feel like this would have been one of those times to put on a classic Ironman/Hour long match like we know that AEW can. Not sure if there's a feud for it right now though.

Sunday you get the lucha madness tag match, so I’d put on a more American style banger tag match on Saturday.

Make each show like a statement “This is who we are” type show for anyone who is seeing it for the first time.
