no its not true. you're not going to raise your testosterone that much just by having long fasts and eating in a small window.

its just impossible. :francis:. Otherwise developing countries' men would have much higher testosterone levels.

IF significantly affects insulin and glucagon

i dont agree with the premise of the op... but im sure the study is around people fasting who are eating continually and have a certain type of diet. kind've like people disproving the starvation stats with pictures of people from the holocaust...

Fasting has been scientifically proven to increase HGH levels dramatically. Fasting is one of the greatest health protocols known to man. Haven't read or seen anywhere where fasting helps with testosterone levels? Maybe it does so by not eating, meaning no carbs, thus less insulin creating a better environment for testosterone productions perhaps?

I'm 19, but have been using it for 8 months now. I grew about 2 inches this year, put on 12 pounds, and feel like a child waking up for Christmas every morning. It's equivalent to taking about 2iu's of HGH or much more if you're still young with an active pituitary gland

this is not something you should be taking for such long periods, at least on its own and not cycling. The IGF response causes tumour growth to accelerate.

I recommend you only take it for a year if you're looking for gains since they stay with you after you stop it unlike test.

For anti-aging I wouldn't recommend it at all, since it's not atleast yet proven to be super safe long-long term.
