this guy's going 30 days without water, and eating nothing but bacon & cucumbers.



he's also eating way over his metabolic rate (3500 calories a day), not working out, and still consistently losing weight.

Losing fat is not just calories in/out. It has a lot to do with insulin.

he's also way over the keto limit on carbs. (90+ net carbs a day) and remaining in deep levels of ketosis.

dry fasting (no food & water) is one of the healthiest things you can do & is very effective in burning body fat. he has another video where after only 14 hours of dry fasting, he's in the highest level of ketosis.

personally i've done multiple 1-2 day dry fasts, and a 90 hour one. pretty easy if you're on keto.



also, anyone that has trouble cutting weight, even if its just 10 pounds or whatever, should check out this book by jason fung:



shows how ineffective old nutrition info is, and how lazily it was put together. and he also recommends fasting/keto
