Instagram live from desktop?

Can somebody explain the process for this? I'm sure it's possible because all through the pandemic, we had Verzuz live streaming on IG, and I'm sure they weren't doing it from a phone.

I can't find a guide for it though.

Do you see the option for Live Producer viewer on your IG? I don't see that.
